Coaching for life’s plot twists — chosen or not
I’m Sian — an ICF-accredited coach and facilitator.
I work with people and organisations in the middle of change: the career that no longer fits, the turn nobody planned for, the team carrying a restructure. The middle bit, where the old map has stopped working and the new one isn’t drawn yet.

You might be here because
-
Something in your life or work no longer quite fits — even if, on the surface, everything looks fine
-
A change has landed that you didn’t choose, and you’re working out how to stand back up in it
-
You’re circling a decision — a pivot, an ending, a beginning — and you keep re-making it at 2am
-
Your team or organisation is mid-change, and the people carrying it need more than a project plan
Whichever it is, you don’t have to think it through alone. That’s what coaching is for.
Coaching with me offers a calm, thoughtful space to step back and think things through.
Together we explore what’s changing, what matters to you now, and what the next chapter of your life or work might look like.
Ways we can work together

1-1 Coaching
For the middle of a plot twist. Six sessions over twelve weeks to work out what comes next — with structure underneath you.

Power Hour
One hour, one question, properly thought through. A focused one-off session — no programme required.

Group Coaching
The middle of change, together. A small circle of women mid-change — register interest to hear first when doors open.

Workplace Coaching
For organisations in motion. Executive coaching, team facilitation and leadership development — designed around your context, measured so you know what shifted.

Why work with me
I bring two kinds of knowledge to coaching. Fifteen years leading change inside organisations including IBM, RBS and AXA — and lived experience of the kind of change no one plans for. I’m ICF-accredited, with 500 hours of coaching senior leaders, managers, and people in the middle of their own turning points.
I don’t believe people need fixing. I believe they need space, honest questions, and someone who won’t flinch at the hard bit — and that the answers that stick are the ones you find yourself.

Tell me what’s changing
If you think coaching might help — or you’re not sure and want to ask — drop me a line. I read everything and reply personally.
